as these are subject to government scrutiny and applicable laws.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • Government fees, professional fees, and statutory charges are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property
