Refund Policy
At NGO Seva Kendra, we are committed to providing professional consultancy and support services for NGO registrations, tax exemption certifications, compliance management, and related advisory services. Since our services involve professional consultation, document preparation, application filing, and coordination with various government authorities, refunds are governed by the following policy.
1. Nature of Services
NGO Seva Kendra primarily provides consultancy and documentation support services for:
- Section 8 Company Registration
- Trust Registration
- Society Registration
- 12A Registration
- 80G Registration
- CSR-1 Registration
- NGO Compliance Services
- Other NGO-related advisory and registration services
Our fees are charged for professional expertise, consultation, documentation assistance, application preparation, filing support, and follow-up activities.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once work has commenced on a client’s project, service fees paid to NGO Seva Kendra are generally non-refundable.
This includes situations where:
- Documents have been reviewed or processed.
- Consultation has been provided.
- Applications have been prepared or filed.
- Government forms have been submitted.
- Professional resources have been assigned to the project.
- Follow-up activities have been initiated.
3. Government Fees and Third-Party Charges
Government fees, statutory fees, stamp duties, filing charges, certification fees, and any payments made to third-party professionals or authorities are strictly non-refundable.
Such charges are governed by the policies of the respective government departments or service providers and remain outside the control of NGO Seva Kendra.
4. Application Rejection or Delay
NGO Seva Kendra does not guarantee approval, registration, certification, grant eligibility, tax exemption, or funding approval from any government authority.
No refund shall be provided if an application is:
- Rejected by a government authority.
- Returned for resubmission.
- Delayed due to departmental procedures.
- Affected by changes in laws, regulations, or government policies.
- Impacted by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the applicant.
5. Client Withdrawal
If a client decides to discontinue a project after work has started, any fees already paid shall not be refundable.
However, pending work may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NGO Seva Kendra.
6. Eligibility for Refund Review
A refund request may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment made by the client.
- Payment received due to a technical error.
- Services could not be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to NGO Seva Kendra.
Any approved refund shall be processed after verification and management approval.
7. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund review, clients must submit a written request containing:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Service Applied For
- Payment Details
- Reason for Refund Request

All refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable period, and the decision communicated to the client accordingly.
8. Processing Time
Where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method wherever feasible.
Refund processing may take 7 to 15 business days, depending upon banking and payment gateway procedures.
9. Limitation of Liability
NGO Seva Kendra shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from delays, rejections, policy changes, or actions of government authorities.
10. Policy Updates
NGO Seva Kendra reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this website.
